Returns
Due to the nature of our wellness products, we only accept returns for items that are:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
